This Saturday 1^st September Malta’s top band Winter Moods will be the special guests at the Antonello Venditti concert at MFCC, Ta’ Qali. Winter Moods will be performing a full live set at 8pm sharp. Tickets for the concert are available from www.ticketline.com.mt.

Antonello Venditti, one of Italy’s greatest artists met Winter Moods during his first visit to Malta in 2001, and has kept a good relationship with Ivan and the band. He said, ‘They’re a great band, and we’re good friends. In them I see a joie de vivre that seems typical of Malta, a willingness to express solidarity.’

‘Performing with Antonello Venditti is a dream come true,’ said Ivan Grech. ‘In 2001 he heard us performing ‘Everyday Song’ at the Malta Music Awards, he was intrigued and asked to meet us. We have stayed in touch since, and we look forward to Saturday to finally perform in concert with him.’
